Our registered massage therapist has over 20 years experience and is available for general relaxation or for a clinical look at your aches and pains using a variety of techniques. Swedish, hot stone, prenatal and perinatal massage are all available.

Carol Morley is a licenced naturopathic doctor dedicated to improving the health of her patients.

She is the owner and clinic director at Zawada Health, a welcoming and professional healthcare environment that is designed to provide personalized health care options to people of all ages. Carol treats patients with a wide variety of health concerns, but has particular experience helping patients with:

· Weight loss; · Anti-aging and cosmetic acupuncture; · Hormonal health and fertility; · Children’s health; and · Auto immune conditions.

Carol’s passion for cooking and healthy eating led her to author and publish Delicious Detox, a cookbook that guides patients to healthy cooking that doesn’t sacrifice taste.

​Carol served as the Vice Chair of the Board of Governors of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), evaluated innovative natural health product opportunities as an advisory board member for Ferring Pharmaceuticals, and has published an article in the Journal of Applied Physiology (Gender Differences in Carbohydrate Loading).

Carol is a graduate of McMaster University’s Kinesiology program and the CCNM. She is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND), the Association of Perinatal Naturopathic Doctors (APND) and is registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).

Carol and her family live in the west end of Toronto. On evenings and weekends, she can be found shepherding her two young sons to sports and other activities – always with a healthy snack in hand.

Dr. Courtney is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor + Pelvic Floor Therapist who is passionate about treating patients with long-term health in mind, so that feeling great is achievable and sustainable. She takes a holistic approach to medicine and provides personalized healthcare with a natural focus. Her goal is to is dig deeper to treat the root cause of your concerns rather than the symptoms.

Dr. Courtney has a clinical interest in: hormonal health (including menopause + peri-menopause support, PCOS, PMS symptoms and thyroid health), Pelvic Floor Health, weight management + functional nutrition, natural fertility and pregnancy support, repairing digestion, + autoimmune conditions.

She obtained her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Prior to that, she graduated from the University of Western Ontario obtaining an Hons. Bachelor of Science degree where she focused in genetics, biology and sexuality studies - combining her passion for the biology and reproductive health.

Dr. Courtney was selected to be on the competitive Adjunctive Cancer Care shift at the RSNC and was awarded the Dr. Richard McCrorie Award for exhibiting the qualities of compassion and integrity in patient care.

Dr. Courtney also has additional training in PELVIC FLOOR THERAPY, Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, Nutritional Genomics and Integrative Fertility Methods.

Hélène is a graduate of Kikkawa College with over 20 years of experience and a member of the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO).

She is bilingual in French and English and passionate about helping people on their health journey. She customizes her massage treatments to each person’s individual needs.

Her specialties include Swedish massage (for deep tissue or relaxation treatment), hot stone massage, pregnancy massage (pre and post natal), repetitive strain injuries, chronic pain management, fibromyalgia, tension and migraine headaches, neurological disorders (ie: Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson) and treatment for special needs.
